We explored the effect of vitamin K1 (VK1) on kidney stone formation by treating rats for eight weeks. Our observations showed that VK1 significantly reduced crystal formation in the kidneys.

It boosted levels of matrix Gla protein, which plays a crucial role in preventing crystal deposition. We noticed that VK1 even countered the negative effects of warfarin on cell viability. Overall, our findings suggest that VK1 could be a promising treatment to help prevent kidney stones.

This combination of K2-200mcg and D-10000 IU helps prevent the negative effects of vitamin D. It ensures that calcium is absorbed by the bones and doesn’t settle in the heart or kidneys, effectively combating osteoporosis. I include magnesium and vitamin C for better absorption. I experienced no gastrointestinal discomfort.

From periodontal disease! Taking this vitamin alongside D3 felt like a gift from God. My dentist was surprised, asking multiple times about my treatment. Since starting this vitamin to improve my D3 levels, I noticed no new stone growth, and my gums have significantly improved. My dentist was amazed. I started with D3 at 5000ME and K2 at 100 mcg, now reduced to 45 mcg. I hope my experience helps others prevent losing teeth!
